The technology on Mobile palm-peeler was introduced in TOT 2014, and in conjunction with that an agreement was signed with Nexfuel Sdn. Bhd. for the commercialization of the palm veneer.

MPOB mobile peeler has been transferred and installed in YPJ Plantation, Kulai, Johor in October 2014. In the process of getting the approval for permit and will start producing veneer by April 2015.
